Pink for October

As you can see, the blog has has a fresh coat of paint. This is to mark Breast Cancer awareness month. You can sign up and pledge to turn your website pink for the month here . I'm doing this in particular for my mum who died of breast cancer in 1984 and for my brave and beautiful friends Kath and Cathy who are living with it.

I like it! (I deleted my other comment because I can't spell at this time in the morning!)
The pink is good, but the whole site is easier to read in a sans serif typeface, and it looks less squashed and cramped. It's one of those thing which you don't know could be improved until it's actually done for you. If you go back to white in November, maybe you could keep the typeface change.
Or you could change the colour every month...
green for environmental awareness, blue for testicular cancer, yellow for the Missing Persons Hotline etc etc. You could pick your own cause and trumpet it loud and clear, and make us all sit up and take notice!

Are you officially famous now, after your appearance on the Lime and Violet Daily Chum?
